At CHAIRUS, we want you to love your home seating as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture in its original condition. If your new chair doesn't perfectly complement your space, our streamlined exchange process ensures you find the ideal fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CHAIRUS account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original manufacturer's packaging to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
